Caroline Walsh - Manager
Caroline joined our team in June 2024 and brings a wealth of experience, having worked in childcare since 2007. She holds a Level 7 Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education and leads with a strong focus on quality, care, and inclusion. Caroline is committed to fostering a positive environment for both children and staff, ensuring the highest standards across our setting.
Ann Marie Copse - Educator
Ann-Marie has been a valued member of our team since 2019 and brings over 10 years of experience in early years education. She is currently completing her Level 6 LINC (Leadership for Inclusion in the Early Years) qualification, reflecting her dedication to inclusive, child-centred practice and supporting every child’s individual needs.
Ludmila - Educator
Ludmila joined us in January 2024 as an AIM Support Worker and has 5 years of experience in childcare. She completed her Level 6 LINC award in 2025 and was selected to promote the programme, recognising her commitment to inclusive practice. Ludmila plays a key role in ensuring all children are supported to fully participate and enjoy their early learning experiences.
Jessica - Educator
Jessica became part of our team in September 2025, bringing 5 years of experience along with a Level 8 Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education. She is enthusiastic, caring, and focused on creating engaging, meaningful learning opportunities that support each child’s development.
Our Commitment
All members of our team are fully Garda vetted and trained in child protection, first aid, and manual handling. We implement the Aistear Curriculum Framework and Síolta Principles and Standards of Care in our daily practice. As a team, we are committed to continuous professional development, ensuring our knowledge and skills remain up to date with the evolving early years sector.
